  • 2 lbs 93/7 ground beef
  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ½ cup SF sweet chili sauce
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 2 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Gochujang
  • ½ cup tomato sauce
  • 1 ½ cups rice
  • 1 bundle green onions
  • 20 oz stir fry vegetables

Preparation Instructions

  • Cook 1 ½ cups of rice - see our rice cooking instructions if you’re not sure how!
  • Mince garlic and dice your onions.  
  • Slice green onions.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, SF sweet chili sauce, honey, minced garlic, gochujang, and tomato sauce. 

Cooking Instructions

  • Heat a pan over medium heat on the stove, then spray with nonstick cooking spray. 
  • Add diced onions to the pan and saute for 5 min. 
  • Add the ground beef to the pan and cook until the beef is all browned. Drain any excess fat that is in the pan. 
  • Add the sauce mixture from earlier to the pan and cook until the sauce is well incorporated into the beef and you can smell the garlic. 
  • Steam the stir fry vegetables according to the package instructions or b y heating a large pan with a lid over medium high heat. Add ½ inch of water and the veggies, then cook, covered, for 10-12 min or until the vegetables have reached your desired level of doneness.
